For the third year in a row, RAMP Festival returns to Rathmullan for a weekend-long celebration of experimental music and sound, showcasing innovative artists from Ireland’s Northwest and beyond. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Lough Swilly, the festival invites audiences to engage with cutting-edge performances, workshops, and installations that explore the connection between sound and environment.

This year’s lineup features an exciting range of artists, including Tim Cape & Maya Kadish, Kate Carr, Juno 3 (Han-earl Park, Lara Jones and Pat Thomas), Judith Hamann, Ryoko Akama, Rob Casey, Ailbhe Nic Oireachtaigh, and Electric Circus with David McCann. 

Beyond concerts, festival-goers can participate in workshops and creative projects. These include a collaboration between Aengus Kennedy, Guillaume Beauron and Kate Carr who work with composers on a field recording project that captures the unique sonic landscape of Donegal.

Through its diverse programme of performances, installations and community activities, RAMP makes audible the often-overlooked sounds of the world around us.
